The Tap House is good! Many beers on tap, decent selection on hard liquor, and a great menu. The food was very good quality, however the staff was just okay. Since there isn't much seating, there is only one to two waiters/waitresses on staff and because of this the service ended up being slow. Albeit, it was a Friday night, and the bar was packed, the waitress seemed stressed at dealing with the crowd.

A decent selection of craft beer and a modern, minimalist design make this a great little "off the beaten path" stop. I didn't have food, but everything I'm seeing looks and smells great. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is quiet (at least on a Tuesday).
This place is a Bennington favorite of mine. There is ALWAYS a great craft beer selection that rotates regularly. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the food is delicious.
Good food. Pleasant waitress. A bit of a wait at lunchtime. I would go back.
I revisited the tap house today and was very happy with my experience. I ordered the corn chowder and buffalo chicken sandwich. The soup was fresh and hot and the sandwich was extremely good. Surprisingly enough, the buffalo sauce was very mild, for any palet. However, there was only one waitress and a packed house. Since my visit a year ago, this aspect has not changed. Albeit, my most recent visit was during a holiday week, but the tap house is in desperate need of wait staff.
Visited Son at College at College and decided to try a different local Restaurant. Saw online that it had good reviews, so we tried it. Excellent tasty food and wonderful staff. Have been back again and was terrific, accommodating nine of us with last minute reservation.
