I went in with two tires that needed to be taken off the time and only had one to put on. It was a busy Sunday afternoon and they found me two matching tires, mounted them and loaded them in my husbands Jeep for me. When I went to pay they told me to have a good day. Because they don't sell used tires any more he couldn't charge me. It really made my day.
When I went there I always had Joe Bump wait on me as I trust him to take his time talking with me to find the right tire for my car. I recently found out he may not be employed there any longer, big loss for that place in my opinion. I won't feel as comfortable taking my warranteed tires in there for service now.
