All of the staff were helpful in answering all of my questions. They all put me at ease in my journey to getting my bilateral hip replacement and I absolutely recommend this place for anyone having any replacement or repair surgery. All of the doctors, nurses and staff have your best interest at heart. I have had a horrible thing (who wants to know their hips are shot!) turn into a very beautiful journey to walking pain free again!
I came over to Bennington from Rutland Orthopedic because I was treated with such disrespect and contempt over there. SVMC is located in a very quiet, serene environment, but still located in the heart of Bennington. Inside the facility it was clean, filled with calming colors and beautiful pictures of the Vermont landscape throughout. Despite the receptionists upfront getting busy from time to time, they are professional and treat you with respect! I had 2-3 fractures in my 5th metacarpal and I saw a Doctor Nofziger here at SVMC. I was immediately reassured that everything was going to be okay. Not only was his nurse extremely attentive, but Doctor Nofziger took the time to listen to my all my concerns and answered any questions I had, really explaining things in detail if I was unsure. Despite it being over an hour drive from my house, I will forever return to SVMC Orthopedic in the future for any further problems!

They dont answer there phone when u need an appointment. Vary upsetting.
