easy and quick
I did not find the staff of this offfice courteous at all. They were condescneding and arrogant. But I guess customer service is not one of the essential job functions. It's keeping that state penion they "have worked so hard for", albeit at our expense.
I explained to her what I needed and she sent me on my way. I think that my whole visit was a better experience because of this young lady for whom '( I regret),I do not have a name. I do recall that she had purple highlights in her , one on each side of her forehead.
I had business to do at the 120 State Street DMV Office in Montpelier, VT. on September, 4, 2014. There was a young lady at the reception desk that greeted me with a big smile and a, " How may I help you?".
Wow! That was fast.
I want to thank her for being so nice.
