was told that he would do all the leg work for me and let me know if anything came up. about a week later he called to update me that he had contacted and registered the machine with cub cadet and was approved to put in a whole new motor for me. took care of everything end to end and explained all the work he did once i picked it up. walked me through the new update product design for when it came to service the motor. super polite, asked if there was anything else i needed before i left.
